3.1 Site visitation tracking Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. 3.2 Contacting us using a form If you choose to contact us using the pop-up or contact page forms then we will collect your name (as you have written it) and email address. Your telephone number is optional. The form submits the message via a secure SSL connection directly to our email inbox, the website itself does not store any of your details.

5. SECURING DATA TRANSFER & THIS WEBSITE’S SERVER 

The connection your web browser has to our site is secured with an SSL certificate from Let’s Encrypt meaning any data transferred from our server to your browser (or from you to us) is encrypted and secure. The website is hosted by 34SP within a UK data centre.

6.1 Personal Data Processors Our main third party that processes personal data on our behalf is Google. This third party has been carefully chosen and complies with the legislation set out in section 2.0. They are based in the USA and are EU-U.S Privacy Shield compliant. Google (Privacy policy)

Any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third party data processors will be reported to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.

8.1 Data Handling We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
